Cancellation & Returns
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which:
- you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the returned goods are received by us.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the cost of returning the goods for you.

4. Return Conditions
As our products are underwear and therefore hygiene-related items, we kindly ask you to observe the following conditions:
A return is only possible if:
- ✔ the item has not been worn
- ✔ the item is in perfect condition
- ✔ all labels and, where applicable, hygiene seals are intact
- ✔ the item shows no signs of use
For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept worn or damaged items.
5. Returning Your Order
Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Please send the goods back securely packaged to the return address provided by us.
